Have gotten another letter from therapist, stating I have been diagnosed as having Gender Identity Disorder, heck I knew that for years. She gave me the go ahead for hormones and eventually SRS. Imagine my joy when I got that, CLOUD NINE. Well once talked to my Doctors in San Antonio Transplant Center they put a stop to my joy. I was told  I could not do anything to transition due to my being on a liver transplant list. I've had Hep C for years and my liver is damaged, more on that later. Kind of like dressed up and no where to go. Well making the best of t right now by going female 24/7. Not as good as SRS but for now will have to do.
